It reminds me of an older Nissan Patrol/Safari, converted to a long wheelbase pickup.

I agree. It seems like an old Y60 series. I'm now trying to find out which Y60 branch it belongs to. This is as close as I can get to it right now:

but that mirror , hood and window behind the door made me hesitate
