For the Chevy II Nova should Nova be part of the model name or in extra info? We have them as both.

The model is name is Chevy II.
100, 300 and Nova 400 indicate the trim levels, so they should be put in the extra info.
They all should be listed like this.

I'm sorry but I think you jumped the gun on the Chevy II/Nova. The 1968 models were all "Chevy II Nova". It was discussed here:
