Hello to everyone. I ride these five vehicles :
This is my classic car, I own it since 1993. It's a 1984 Renault Fuego Turbo. Now it has traveled about 160,000 km, and it was mid-restored in 2006, when it was also completely repainted. It was the star of a detailed article on the Italian magazine Ruoteclassiche, October 2007 issue. The French plates you can see in the second pic are fake: my Fuego traveling on the road with Italian plates, but I wanted to play with French plates such as the Fuego Turbo was introduced in the 1983 official Renault press image. Of course, the fake French plates are used when the car is display at meetings.
This is my "little cherry". It's a 1991 Mazda 121 1.3i 16v LX Canvas Top. The previous owner wanted to scrap this car, but I could not resist and I had to save this nice small car. To date I have personally had good care of its, and I bought the alloy rims same as the MX-5. It has come to date 126,000 Km, and it will become soon a classic car.
This is my daily driver, it is a 2006 Dacia Logan 1.4 MPI Laureate. Between all the vehicles I own, this is the only one parked on the road every day. It has traveled far 67,000 km without failure.
These are my two motorcycles. They are a 2009 Kawasaki GTR 1400 and a 2005 Suzuki DR-Z 400 SM. I am a motorbike touring enthusiast, I use the Kawasaki to travel out of the city and during the holidays, while the Suzuki takes me to the workplace every day. The Kawasaki has traveled 35,000 km to date, the Suzuki has traveled 12,000 km to date.
I dream of owning a 1984 Peugeot 205 Turbo 16, a 1969 Dodge Charger R / T, or a 1984 Renault 25 V6 Injection. Unfortunately the first two I mentioned have achieved commercial prices are too high for my economic availability.

Nice Fuego! The Mazda may indeed become a classic, this is the kind of car which becomes rare because nobody keeps them, but it has a nice special style
I suppose that finding a R25 for a good price nowadays shouldn't be that hard (though that many are probably really at the end of their life)

Why weren't theys made with French tools? They have the old German DIN-font (nowadays used in Estonia, Romania, Hungary und until the last(?) year in Bosnia).

In fact today, in Italy, the Mazda 121 has become rare. It seems that it can meet only at the junkyards , unfortunately too often the owners does not intend to keep the Mazda 121 as a classic car. Yet it is a good example of the typical Japanese design of the early '90s.
When I spoke of high commercial values, I was referring to the Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 and the Dodge Charger. The Renault 25 was a very low commercial value, but it is very difficult to find in good condition, especially the V6 version, not common in Italy.
About 3 years ago I was willing to save another interesting little car: it was a 1982 Renault Rodeo 5 Teilhol, very rare in Italy, but it was working near my home. Unfortunately, that Rodeo was suddenly scrapped without giving me the opportunity to buy it, and I am still suffering from the bad end of that nice car...

The creation of the fake French plates was not rational, but it was a sudden decision: I was in Rimini at "My Special Car Show," and I found a shop where they were made of very imaginative and colorful customized plates. I had an idea and asked if they could also play a French plate: the worker tried to please me with the material at his disposal. However, the result seemed good.

My first car, a 2000 Ford Fiesta 1.2 Zetec:
Bought in early 2010, since sold early last year - was really worn-out, previous owner had driven it hard - very bad wear and tear, especially along the chassis - very rusty. The brakes barely worked and the rear doors would rarely lock-up. Ultimately it wasn't going to last very long, but lasted long enough to learn to drive in. I wanted to keep it, to fix it up when I had more money, but the time I did come into more cash, I bought this much better, cleaner, newer, faster and a lot more comfortable 2003 Fiesta 1.3 Finesse:
Unlike the last one, I have had no problems at all with this car (I bought it early in May). This one is incredibly nippy and good on fuel. Also has an excellent sound system, for a factory-fitted one that is. Heating controls are very reliable on cold mornings, too. I maintain and clean it regularly but haven't removed anything from it or added anything - I'd rather buy an actual "sports car" than to try and turn this into one, like so many of my friends attempt to do with theirs! I'm considering keeping this one even when I can afford a newer (or knowing me, an older) car, just as long as I can find the space for it!

Here is my daily ride, a 1987 FIAT Uno 45S.
I just got this one few days ago, It's 1985 Opel Rekord E2 20 S. It hasn't been on the road since 1998 and needs a new engine.
And here is my 1984 Nissan Sunny Maxima Coupé I got from my aunt, it has been standing since 1996 and I remember it from my childhood.
And finally here is my 1989 Skoda 120 L. My other aunt bought it of someone in 1992 and it had 2 owners before her. It has been standing since 2004.

The SAAB I sold has cooling system hoses starting to rot and SAAB dealer and Goodyear would not service them due that they no longer carry replacement cooling system hoses. At the time, I was going back to college and needed reliable transporation.
