Motorcycle purloined by our heroes, after its owner abandons it. 3 stars.

There are also these two army trucks but I'm uncertain anyone can identify them, especially given the darkness and/or blurriness of the picture (and this is a result of the film itself, I swear).

It was not so much a "decree", but rather a suggestion (inteded to be helpful). As far as I can tell, Antp is the only one around with the authority to make decrees; but he does not strike me as the totalitarian type who rules with an iron fist.
