Here's a show you probably never expected to see on this site, since so precious few cars ever popped up and most talked about car on the whole show, Rob's "Tarantula," was never even shown. This small sampling of images is it for the entire series, which was filmed in front of a studio audience and made precious little use of establisher cutaway shots.
2.3
Willys Jeep, three stars
2.21
1957 Dodge (Coronet?), three stars
4.3
1964 1/2 Ford Mustang, two stars
4.31
unknown motorcycle, four stars (the whole episode is about this motorcycle)
unknown motorcycle, two stars
(unfortunately, the other two star motorcycles were heavily obscured...here's the best I could get of one more)
The series pilot was originally called "Head of the Family" and starred Carl Reiner as Rob. It aired one time in the summer of 1959 but was never part of the syndication package. It's considered an extra on the DVD set (season one) and that's how I will treat it.
Pilot
1957 Plymouth Savoy, DVD extra
1955 Chevrolet, DVD extra

Looks like a 1957 Dodge to me, possibly a Coronet.
That's what I thought too. But when I did a Google image search on the '57 Dodges and '57 De Sotos, the De Sotos had the ridge down the center of the hood and I didn't happen to see one in the Dodges.
