Antoine when you did the batch update on the Metros did you change the older ones as well? Now they are all (the older 1989-1994) listed as Origin: JPN, Built in: CDN. That is not correct as all 1989 and most 1990 Metros were built in Japan. (except all Converts and Canada only Sedans were both built in Japan all years) Previously I had fixed it so only models that we knew to be 1991 and newer had the built in Canada tag. All of the ones listed as 1989 and 1990 should not have a built in tag at all (This is the same for all 1989-90 Fireflys/Sprints and Swifts in the North American Market too)

Before someone edit all of them, I would not agree with Ingo about the Us R11/R9 and the Horizon (and also the Golf I):

http://imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=418566
Ok, that's not exactly like the European ones but the chassis is the same... for minor changes like these we have the "made for" tag

Should the Saipa 5 be listed rather as Origin France - Made in Iran - Made for Iran?

For the 2-door R9 (only that one, as all others existed in EU) it could be arguable, but it is still closely derived from a French one. I'd rather wait that we can put two origin flags before doing a change; it is fine as it is currently in the meantime.
For the Horizon, I already disagree with him for the Golf so...

And as I did not reply to Sandie's post, for me the Saipa 5 should be origin=FR.

Grumman-Olson and Grumman are not the same brand? According to Wikipedia Grumman-Olson was founded in 1946, and after bankruptcy in 2001 changed into Morgan Olson. Then it's no such thing, as Grumman (without Olson)? Because we have Grumman-Olson AND Grumman...

"Grumman Delivery Truck" was used to put all Step Van-like trucks at a time
I guess most of the others could be renamed to Grumman-Olson (only a few are listed as Grumman, with model names existing in the other category).
I'll start to clean these, if someone who can identify trucks could check the "Delivery Truck" to tell to what they should be renamed...
But for the LLV, on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grumman they list it as Grumman only, where the UPS truck is well listed as Grumman-Olson

After a first clean not so many are left, I'll continue with the "Delivery Truck" which are most of the time the usual Kurbmaster it seems.
There is this firetruck: http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_7256-Grumman.html
No comment, I do not know who added it or labeled it (I made some captures for that movie, but that one is not from me)
Should we keep it as Grumman or just put it in the unknowns?
So only ones left are the LLV and another similar one, do we keep these as just Grumman or do we list them with the Olsons?

Grumman Fire Trucks are indeed only Grumman. Existed 1976-1992 (founded after buying Howe Fire Apparatus Company by Grumman). Names of their models - Minicat, Attackcat, Wildcat, Firecat, Aerialcat and Panther:
http://www.bensware.com/firetrucks/spotting/index.htm
http://www.powells.com/biblio?isbn=9781583881651
And second question - maybe worth remove Grumman and KhPZ from shorter vehicle list on the main site and put instead them some other makes, more deserves?

Indeed I should update the short list. It is made from the full list by taking those with the most vehicles, but it is not automatically updated.

Next question - Willys vs. Jeep:
Jeep CJ-2A and CJ-3A are rather Willys Jeep?
Willys Jeep CJ-5 are rather Jeep CJ-5? Also Willys Commando and Willys Jeep Commando are rather Jeep Commando?
Willys Jeep M38-A1 is rather Willys M38 A1? Also Willys Jeep M38 is Willys M38 (or maybe Willys M38 should be Willys Jeep M38)? And what with Jeep M38 and Jeep M38 A1? They are not Willys Jeep M38 and M38 A1?

That's a much more difficult problem
Some day we should ask 4x4peru to help us to list all these properly...

And again.
Intaernational Harvester (make) Farmall (model) and Farmall (make) are rather the same...?
On Wikipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farmall - they say, that tractors from IH was branded as McCormick-Deering, McCormick (both with Farmall as model), and later as Farmall (as make). Then can't be International Harvester Farmall (should be International Harvester oraz Farmall or McCormick-Deering or McCormick)...

I meant by default like the Volvo 340 with model origin Netherlands

Relating to this page: http://imcdb.org/vehicle_348324-Vauxhall-Astra-2010.html shouldn't all Vauxhall's be listed as Origin Germany - Made for GB? I'd go as far as to say that most Vauxhalls back to the eighties should be listed that way as they are all the same car as the Opel but with a different grill. Does anybody else have a view?
Not exactly model origin related but all Chrysler LH cars (Chrysler/Dodge Intrepid, Chrysler Concorde, 94-96 New Yorker, LHS, 300M and Eagle Vision) should be listed as Built in Canada.

Depends which ones: most of the "recent" Vauxhall should indeed have the German origin. Like for the Seats/Fiat, I was waiting for the next version of the site for that kind of change.

I'm thinking about Brazilian Willys Rural and Willys Interlagos, also concepts Projeto M and Saci.
Shall we rename it all to 'Willys Overland' brand?
And write the 'Willys Rural' as 'Willys Overland' (brand) plus 'Rural Willys' (type).
Also 1958-1959 Rurals should stay with American origin until first Brazilian facelifting done in 1960.

As far as I know the Interlagos was named only Willys, not Willys Overland.
Same for the Gordini & Itamaraty I think.
For the Aero-Willys I have no idea...
