As you can see, it's identical with R12 second series, outside and inside, except the air vents which are R12 first series. Later models received R12 second series air vents.

This is a very rare Dacia 1301. They were made only for Nomenklatura and State's Security. All of them were black. Only two survived in decent condition. After I posted these pics, on a romanian forum, the car disappeared and the owner, who saw the pics, sais it's in course of restoration.

This kind of steeringwheel was available only for 1301, for a long time. Only the last series of 1300, with four headligfhts and big taillihts ('82 - '83) received it. You can also see the cigarette lighter, also available only for 1301, for a long time.



The mirror has day/night position. Typical for 1301.

Another very rare Dacia. Rare from two reasons:

1. It's 1310 first series. Still has 1300 signals, bumpers, air vents, trunk cover (without black border), doorhandles and steeringwheel.

2. It's a very rare black and yellow Dacia. Some sources say that these Dacias were made for export, for serving as taxis in a latin american country and some of them (if not all of them) were refused, because of obsure reasons, but nothing is certain except they are very rare. It's possible that this one to be the last survivor, because it's the second one I saw since around 1986, when one it was parked near my block. Also in around 1986, when I was traveling to Black See in our 1978 Skoda 120L, I saw, on a train platform in movement, cars like that, going to an unknown destination. Since then, I didn't saw not a single one.

Maybe too many pics of Dacia 1300, but I can't help myself, I love this model. It's so 1960s.

It has no badges, but on the windows is written "Industria brasileira" or semething like that.

The grille in front is sharp: the camera made focus on that one rather than on the background (how could it guess you wanted only the background? )
You should either go much closer to the grille, or force the focus on something else than the grille.
