Yeah good one, finally we get a real Toyota Van again. The last ProAce was a Transporter with closed windows only. My father will love this
Only bad thing is that the rear looks like a terrible mix of Multivan and Caddy (and the car color adds to this...).

I'm not fond of the front end either. That sort-of P1800 grille is a bit too present. A bit like the recent Maserati sedans.

I suppose you mean "Transporter" as "van" ? Because the first generation Proace was a Scudo-Jumpy-Expert, not a VW.
By the way, I have never seen a single Proace in real life ever ! Does Toyota actually sells them ?

Car & Driver posted today that Chevy is adding a hatchback model to the US Chevy Cruze line this fall for 2017. They state the US will be the first market to get the hatch.

A lot of the commenters said it looks like a Hyundai/Kia.

They're what used to be Daewoos so no surprise.
Still, it looks better than the Cruze Hatch the EU used to get: http://www.netcarshow.com/chevrolet/2012-cruze_hatchback/800x600/wallpaper_39.htm (not sure if the US received that one).

No, they skipped the North American market with the old hatch. The hatch market has been picking up with the Ford Focus, Mazda 3 and Golf.
I added the link to the article above.

Like it... very nice... of course, this one has the RS package, would be nice to compare it with a regular one. In my hatchback-buying province, pretty sure it will get " a few " sales since the Ford Focus, Mazda 3, Kia Rio5 and a big bunch of other hatchbacks are seen absolutely everywhere...
This is, of course, if we do get it too ( but i don't see why we wouldn't... )
As for the similar to Hyundai look.... a bunch of cars are now looking like a bunch of some other cars...
Just compare sedan versions of Ford Focus and Kia Forte.....

Hopefully they've made many improvements over the old model. I rented one a few months ago and was not impressed at all.

2017 Lincoln Continental: Ford still has not taken the plunge, and the drivetrain is still FWD/AWD.

I like the look of that Lincoln, just a shame it's a Mondeo/Fusion underneath.

Nice that the Ridgeline kept that double-action tailgate. Always liked the feature. Trunk in bed is not bad either...

That Lincoln looks like a tidied-up Jag. Less shiny bling and it could look rather nice. And why are Lexus so determined to release such a stream of ugly products?? I read an interview in a very gullible magazine some weeks back when Lexus Head of Design (ha-ha) said he was happy that their styling polarised opinions, and thought "you poor sod" - what you're actually saying underneath the corporate management-speak is "I've got a shit job trying to do something with a team of failed incompetents".

Acura tried it about a decade ago and is only coming out of it's styling funk. I guess they feel that ugly distinctive is better than generic.

The rear of the Lincoln reminds me of a US Mitsubishi Galant.

If they would built one with fenders and a roof, and I had any money, this would be the only car built in this century I would really buy.
