Indeed, but just عملیات رعد
Checking with https://antp.be/translit.php I see it would be transliterated to "sryal ʿmlyat rʿd". The second and third parts more or less match the IMDb title (there are many ways to transliterate). The first part سریال (from right to left since it is Arabic script) meaning "Series" according to Google Translate :smile:
